Our fitness classes are one-of-a-kind, personalized experiences unlike anything you've done before. Our talented fitness instructors, trainers and team of experienced athletes combine inspirational coaching, high-energy music and a custom, unique workout that will benefit everyone who walks in the door.
Our small group classes are designed to create an experience where athletes can set a goal, clear their heads, work hard and have some fun! Class never exceeds 12 people, which allows our instructors and trainers to ensure correct form for better results and injury prevention, while easily customizing the level of exercise to each individual’s needs throughout the workout. Our instructors not only act as fitness professionals, but also motivators and your guide to success.

NGU50 is our signature Bootcamp style class offering a 50 minute head-to-toe workout combining 50% cardio movements and 50% strength exercises for the best workout there is! The invincible match between cardio and strength allows each athlete to work through these workouts at their own pace, while reaching their maximum potential and getting the most results out of their workout. Each class is constructed differently depending on the instructor, however every class will not differ in the general format: an interval and circuit training system that will have your heart pumping, using techniques such as (but not limited to) timed intervals and tabata-style exercises. The interval training and the weight circuits each athlete will complete will are designed to maximize fat burning, burn more calories and build the muscle and strength you want to reach your personal goals, whether that be gain muscle mass or simply tone it up.

Our Nutrition Counseling is perfect for individuals who have made it a goal to lose weight faster and healthier through diet changes, want to change their lifestyle to live and eat healthier on a daily basis, are trying to enhance athletic performance, curve hunger, improve body fat percentages, blood pressure and more. Eating is more than half the battle in reaching any goal. Our certified nutritionists will customize all plans to your lifestyle, goals and body.
- Two 30-minute sessions where use this time to touch base, check in and reevaluate your plan and goals, to be sure you are on the right track to reach your goals.
- Four-Week Personalized Nutritional Plan focused on improving hunger, healthy eating, sport enhancing and/or weight-loss improvement (plans can be as exact as "eat X,Y,Z" or as general as you want, to either use it as a guideline or an actual plan).

Science has proven that heart rate testing for sport training, weight loss improvement and overall fitness development will benefit weight loss, athletic performance and overall health. We offer heart rate testing for our clients who want to take their workouts and results to the next level. Please contact us for more information, as the process and testing session will vary based on your personalized goal.
We are here for our clients every step of the way…literally! We will race any 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, or Triathlon by your side. Completing a race with one of our sponsored, experienced athletes and certified trainers will help you feel confident and safe and allow you to have fun. The race will be a piece of cake!

MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
Users simply wear a comfortable MYZONE Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, allowing users to view their progress LIVE in class on our television screen and also in their personal account.
