Christian Fake

Christian grew up in the suburbs of Reading, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Throughout his twenties, he explored life and work in NYC, Atlanta, and Lancaster, moving between careers but always staying connected to his true passions: sports, running, and being outside. In 2021, during an attempt to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail, Christian experienced a turning point — he realized he wanted a career focused on helping people see exercise as the best part of their day. Since then, he earned his Pennsylvania teaching license in Physical Education and became an ACE-certified Personal Trainer. Christian has several years of experience teaching PE and leading a variety of fitness classes, alongside personal training. His goal is to inspire and motivate others to find joy in movement and build lasting healthy habits. When he is not advocating for fitness, he is often caught following hobbies that garner eye rolls and sighs. This includes planning his next meditation retreat, calculating his weekly running mileage, or working into the conversation how Clairo was his top artist of 2019.
