NGU 50 ZONE
NGU50 is our signature boot camp style class offering a 50 minute head-to-toe workout combining 50% cardio movements and 50% strength exercises for the best workout there is! The invincible match between cardio and strength allows each athlete to work through the session at their own pace, while reaching their maximum potential and getting the most results out of their workout. Each class is constructed differently depending on the instructor, however every class will not differ in the general format: an interval and circuit training system that will have your heart pumping, using techniques such as (but not limited to) timed intervals and tabata-style exercises.
Our award-winning bootcamp format, but using the TRX Suspension trainer and the added bonus of MYZONE Heart Rate Monitoring. Live feed of your effort output, calories burned and fun competitions along the way. Your results will be available to you via smartphone app, email and of course live during class! Work those muscles to the max with high intensity, low impact strength movements. All levels welcome and can fit any goal! If you have a MYZONE monitor, great! You can get your results on your app. However, no in-class display is present for Strength Training.
Strengthen and tone with our new low-impact body sculpting class! This class is inspired by the Pilates and Barre basic fundamental and encourages strengthening and lengthening of the body through a high rep/low weight method. This is for all fitness levels and is pre- and post-natal friendly!

Add MYZONE Heart Rate Monitoring to our award-winning class and get an extra ab focus at the end of class! Live feed of your effort output, calories burned and fun competitions along the way. Your results will be available to you via smartphone app, email and of course live during class!
NGU Power is our newest hit class with a focus on improving your power, agility, speed and endurance. Each class will draw from sports-specific exercises and techniques that include dynamic warm-up drills, sprint and interval training, explosive movements and injury prevention stretches.
When someone cancels late or doesn’t show up, that means another person did not get off the waitlist and cannot take the class.
